ARCHITECTS AND BUILDERS
comprehensive floor plans, product recommendations, and installation services
How it works
At any stage of the property build, whether you are an architect at the beginning of a project or a builder with a fully costed property plan, you can expect:

1. Design guide:
The Client completes our Smart Home Design Guide before you design their next home. It's a questionnaire that covers all aspects of smart home design to get the ball rolling.
Smart home technology is a confusing mess of competing technologies and ever changing parameters.

2. Demonstration:
The Client visits our smart home showroom in Moorabbin to discover what's possible, be inspired and discuss their options.
Based on the answers provided in the Smart Home Guide, we can begin to assess their technology requirements.

3. Design documentation:
We'll mark-up the architectural plans and design a smart home system that works for the Client, our fee for this design is $940 including GST. Included in the design we'll provide an itemised cost proposal to help establish your project's budget.

4. Detailed drawings, deliver and install:
We create a detailed specification of products, take care of the wiring, installation and commissioning. Upon completion we'll provide a comprehensive as-built manual and tutorial.

5. (optional) Post-completion - Electralife Plus+
The Client can subscribe to our monthly membership plan that provides enhanced security, priority service support and next-generation updates. We'll be reaching out monthly to update their system's firmware (remotely) and keep an eye on system performance.
