HOW IT WORKS
We first plan smart home solutions based on your existing architectural plans; we then collaborate with your preferred builders, tradespeople and contractors to make sure a successful outcome is achieved.

THE APPROACH

1. DESIGN GUIDE
Complete our Smart Home Design Guide before you build your next home. It's a questionnaire that covers all aspects of smart home design to get the ball rolling.
Smart technology is a confusing mess of competing technologies and ever changing parameters but we'll help you through it.

2. HANDS ON DEMONSTRATION
Visit our smart home display suite in Melbourne to discover what is possible, be inspired and discuss your options.

Based on your answers provided in the Smart Home Guide, we can begin to assess your technology requirements.

You can play around with the system and see how easy it is to use.
3. DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
We'll mark-up the architectural plans and design a smart home system that works for you. Our fee for this design is $940 including GST.

Included in the design we'll provide an itemised cost proposal to help establish your project's budget.
​
You'll have a clear understanding of the total cost of the system.
​

4. DELIVER, INSTALL AND COLLABORATE
We create detailed drawings before taking care of the wiring, installation and commissioning.
Upon completion we'll provide a comprehensive as-built manual and one-on-one tutorial.

You'll get the full benefit of the system.
AFTERCARE SERVICES
The project doesn't stop when we hand over the controls. We work with you to ensure your new smart home is set up for your needs; and, as these needs change, we are there to provide assistance and inspiration.

You can subscribe to our monthly membership plan that provides enhanced security, priority service support and next-generation updates. We'll be reaching out monthly to update your system's firmware (remotely) and keep an eye on system performance.

3 MONTHS POST COMPLETION
Once installation is complete, live in the property and see how it suits. After three months, we visit to ensure the system is programmed to need, and to make any adjustments accordingly.

As lifestyles and properties evolve over time, we offer long-term partnership to plan for upgrades and additions.
Joining Electralife Plus+ means your system stays secure and up to date now and into the future.
12 MONTHS POST COMPLETION
We offer free maintenance of your system for one year after the project is completed, to make any desired tweaks, to update the firmware and to ensure the smart home is working at its best.
