IMAGINE IF YOUR HOUSE COULD PRETEND YOU'RE STILL HOME.
We call it Mockupancy: a clever way for your home to make it look like you're still there, even when you're not.
EVERYONE WILL NOTICE NO ONE WILL KNOW
With the help of your alarm system and a sprinkle of automation:
we can bring Your home to life after you leave. Whether you're heading overseas or just out for the day, simply arming your alarm can now trigger a realistic simulation—making your home appear lived-in while you're away.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
In a fully integrated smart home, your lights, blinds, and AV zones are already working together.
With the addition of a simple layer of software, your system can learn your daily routines and—when triggered by your alarm—replay them to simulate your presence, making it look like you're still at home.
Based on the time of day, the Mockupancy system can intelligently:
Turn lights on and off
Raise and lower blinds
Play music in selected zones
Switch TVs on and off
Even play pre-recorded dialogue to mimic conversation inside the home

THAT SEEMS TOO SIMPLE, ISN'T THE SIMULATION OBVIOUS?
If it were just a set of predefined tasks on a loop, it’d be easy to spot. But this system goes much further.
It learns your actual routines—like which lights you use most and which ones you don’t—and when it’s time to simulate, it adds subtle randomness to mimic natural, everyday use.
SO DOES IT TAKE LONG TO SETUP?
Not at all. For our existing clients, we can usually configure this remotely.
We typically allow the system about a week to learn your usage patterns.
Once that’s done, we’ll check in and activate the "playback" feature and link it to your alarm. From there, all you need to do is arm your alarm as usual—and your home will take care of the rest.
