This month’s tips and tricks video is about the new Get Help button we’ve introduced for your Control4 touchscreens and smartphone apps.


Now located on your Control4 touch screen and app, the Get Help button is designed to get you in touch with us quicker so we can help you.

Don’t have time to watch? Here’s what you need to do:


  • On the home screen, simply find the icon “Get Support” and click here.

  • This’ll open our dealer profile where you can access our GET HELP web page.

  • Simply click the link above or scan the QR code with your phone.

  • From here, you can fill out our form that will submit to us any non-urgent enquiries.

  • If it were urgent, you can now call us anytime 24/7 on our FAST HELP phone line.

  • We’ll book you in for a remote support session, or in some cases a site visit might be required. But rest assured, if you’re one of our Electralife PLUS subscribers, you already have access to this service at no additional cost.
